our thinking

At Jupiter we pride ourselves on understanding what is important to the clients we support. We apply the following thinking to our approach…

Understanding a brand’s requirements… Ensure that we focus on the right business drivers.. Give recommendations to achieve key objectives, offer something new that improves customer experience, offer up solutions to generate cost savings, measure success and obtain client feedback.

IMG_1754

We appreciate the importance of getting campaigns to market quickly and efficiently, particularly complex POS type campaigns where a global brand campaign roll out is required. Our processes and technology reflect this ability and should be geared to respond to fast turnaround times – we have a number of tools that smooth the entire process such as OPTIMUS and our online AW management tool. We know that flexibility and the use of digital technology will aid in-house creative teams to do more!

BLUEWATER (1)

Cost is always a factor. We champion internally and externally our centralised production process and strategic sourcing capabilities. Our OPTIMUS project management software will help reduce waste and inefficiencies and increase the percentage of marketing investment that goes face to face with the customers.

We have a proven track record to support Innovation, creativity and Insight together with a mechanism by which our clients can access this pool..( good account teams) We are a partner capable of delivering both old and new technology.

A partner that focuses on achieving the same level of excitement and experience for the customer as they would enjoy from other leisure time experiences. Theatre!!

AXA RETURN 1

Control is a hugely important aspect of brand management – the more channels and touch points there are, the harder it is to give customers consistency and support for what they require. We are the experts in joining everything together to create one, single coherent solution. Clear objectives equal stand-out solutions!

The company was acquired by Photobition in 1995 with Ben taking the Group MD role. In 2001 he led the management buyout of the business re-naming the UK Company as Service Graphics. The company was later purchased by St Ives in 2006.

After a period working outside of the printing industry Ben joined McKenzie Clark and in 2012 the business were awarded the LOCOG London 2012 contract.

After the Olympics Ben became a shareholder of the Call Print Group and helped develop the Jupiter Division which specialises in the same sectors as when he started his career

David Snaith

Managing Director

David Snaith

Extensive Retail experience with proven skills in strategic direction and implementation across all marketing disciplines including Promotions, Sponsorship, Visual Merchandising, Window design and POP design for print management.

Setting Sales strategies at the UKs leading Branding and Eventing businesses and driving sales delivery nationally across multi-disciplined sales teams is what I enjoy…

Client side I managed Selfridges in-house marketing and creative teams through demerger from sears PLC and instigated and implemented the current Selfridges Corporate Identity across all sites for which my team received a D&AD award – together with the delivery of some ground-breaking cultural promotional activity such as the acclaimed TOKYO LIFE and BOLLYWOOD promotions.

As an Owner I developed the branding business McKenzie Clark, delivered the Olympic branding for LOCOG London 2012 and sold the business to a sports branding PLC before re-entering the branding market in 2014 with the unique offer that is Jupiter Visual Communications.

Recent years have proved to me the importance absolute engagement with the business and people you manage – bringing your team with you and getting their ‘buy in’ is essential for growth.

I consider myself a leader and innovator with extensive managerial experience and commercial acumen.

Brian Judge

Business Director

Brian Judge

30 years of experience in the Photographic and large format graphics industry at all levels with an acute understanding of what is both achievable and possible with the numerous production techniques, media and display disciplines currently available at our disposal.

I have been lucky to work with many high end luxury retail brands such as Selfridges, Harvey Nichols, Estee Lauder, Hugo Boss and H&M. I have also enjoyed working on prestigious projects in Selfridges such as Bollywood, Brazil, Vegas and Body Craze. These projects help me to develop my project management skills for complex multi-disciplined print and display projects.

I have been involved in several award winning projects, winning VM and Display awards for H&M’s use of Giant carrier bags left around London created to promote designer collaborations with Versace and David Beckham and another award for French Connections SS14 collection for innovative use of in-store graphics.

I enjoy the challenge of making the project happen and pushing the boundaries

Mark Haines

Business Director

Mark Haines

I began my career in the large format print and branding industry in 1998, at a small family run business in Camden Town, London.
Following my time there, I have worked for the market leaders in the Exhibition, Display and Branding world, where I was part of the team who helped deliver the Stadium and City Branding for London 2012, and completely graphic wrapping 3 trains.

Over the years, my experience and consultative approach in the varied world of visual communications, has led me to specialise in sectors such as Outdoor, Property, Rail and Environments and as a result I have been able to work with leading international multi-channel design agencies, both in the UK and EMEA.

A key strength which I have honed over the years and which I feel is so important, is listening to the client, gaining a complete understanding of their brief, including any challenges and concerns they may have. Only when you have this key information, can you ensure that the delivery of the project is not only on time and budget, but also meets the client’s expectation in every way. This is something in which I personally pride myself on.

Alex Davenport

Account Director

Alex Davenport

After graduating from Solent university in 1999, Alex worked in the event/staging industry for 4 years, before moving into the Large format/branding market in 2003. Gaining invaluable experience in planning and meticulous focus to detail, his role has evolved from Account Executive to Account Director, working on a huge variety of projects from exhibition design and build to building wraps. Working mostly with clients in the commercial/build and retail sectors, through agencies and end client relationships. “I really enjoy the challenge of solving problems – one of the most enjoyable and rewarding aspects of working at Jupiter is consulting the client, whilst managing their expectations, and delivering a quality product – on time!”.
